Xxxxxxx Intellectual Property means Xxxxxxx Know-How and Xxxxxxx Patent Rights, collectively.

Xxxxxxx Intellectual Property means (i) the Service, including, without limitation, all software, software platforms, interfaces, code, and algorithms thereof; (ii) all Databases; (iii) all De-Identified Data (iv) all Xxxxxxx Materials; (v) all Confidential Information of Xxxxxxx, (vi) Xxxxxxx’ name, trademarks, service marks and logo(s), together with all goodwill associated therewith and (vii) any and all non-Customer data supplied to Xxxxxxx by its third party licensors or otherwise acquired by Xxxxxxx.
Xxxxxxx Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that has been used, is used, or is held for use in the business of Xxxx.xxx.

Xxxxxxx Intellectual Property means Xxxxxxx Technology and Trade Secrets, Xxxxxxx Patents, the CardioFocus License and Xxxxxxx Copyright Rights.
