Xxxx Parties definition

Xxxx Parties means Xxxxxx Xxxx, the Xxxx Trusts, any other trust primarily for the benefit of Xxxxxx Xxxx and/or his family, Continental Holdings and Xxxx Holdings.

Xxxx Parties means (i) Mr. Xxxxxx Xxxx, individually, (ii) the Xxxxxx Xxxx DST Trust created pursuant to that certain Trust Agreement Establishing Xxxxxx Xxxx DST Trust dated December 10, 1998, (iii) the Xxxxxx Xxxx HJ Trust created pursuant to that certain Trust Agreement Establishing Xxxxxx Xxxx HJ Trust dated December 10, 1998, and (iv) any other foundations, trusts or other entities formed by Xxxxxx Xxxx and Controlled by the Xxxx Parties.

Xxxx Parties means Xxxxxx Xxxx and each of Continental Resources and Xxxxxx for so long as such entity is controlled, directly or indirectly, by a Xxxx Control Person or any combination of Xxxx Control Persons.
