Wealth per pupil means the number which is equal to the assessed value of a school district divided by the enrollment of a school district, based on one hundred thirty‑five day average daily membership count. The assessed value and the enrollment used in calculating wealth per pupil must be measured as of the second fiscal year next preceding the fiscal year in which the calculation is made.
