Water Treatment Guarantee definition

Water Treatment Guarantee means the water treatment guarantee set forth in Section 14.
Water Treatment Guarantee has the meaning specified in subsection 12.2(B) (Enhanced Water Quality Standards).

Examples of Water Treatment Guarantee in a sentence

  • AWT Water delivered by the Agency to the District or by the District to the Delivery Point that does not meet the Water Treatment Guarantee shall not be considered Company Water or Excess Water.
