Warrant Interests definition

Warrant Interests means Interests of the security issuable upon exercise of the Warrants if such security is issuable in Interests, or shall mean the equivalent units in which such security is issuable if such security is not issuable in Interests.
Warrant Interests has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Warrant Interests shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Warrants.

  • As of the Closing Date, the Company shall have duly authorized and reserved for issuance a number of Membership Interests which equals the maximum number of Warrant Interests issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.

More Definitions of Warrant Interests

Warrant Interests means all Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants.
Warrant Interests means units of the Company's Class B Units, issuable upon exercise of the Warrant; provided, that if the securities issuable upon exercise of the Warrants are issued by an entity other than the Company or there is a change in the class of securities so issuable, then the term "Warrant Interests" shall mean Interests of the security issuable upon exercise of the Warrants if such security is issuable in Interests, or shall mean the equivalent units in which such security is issuable if such security is not issuable in Interests.
