Wabush definition

Wabush means the entity called Wabush Mines, a Canadian joint venture, including Wabush Iron Co. Ltd., an Ohio corporation and one of the joint venturers of Wabush Mines, which is engaged in the mining, beneficiation and pelletizing of iron ore or any successor to either such entity, any entity of approximate equivalent value substituted therefor or any investment of approximately equivalent value and purpose.
