National Register of Historic Places means the list of districts, sites, buildings, structures, and objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering and culture, authorized by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.
Register of Members means the register of Members maintained in accordance with the Statute and includes (except where otherwise stated) any branch or duplicate register of Members.
Federal Book-Entry Regulations means 31 C.F.R. Part 357 et seq. (Department of Treasury).
National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.
First Source Register means the DOES Automated Applicant Files, which consists of the names of District of Columbia residents registered with DOES.
International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;
State of Registry means, in respect of an aircraft, the State on the national register of which an aircraft is entered or the State of location of the common mark registering authority maintaining the aircraft register.
National Registry means the database of information about State certified and licensed appraisers maintained by the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
certificate of registration means registration with the CPSBC that allows the Participant to practice medicine in British Columbia, other than the certificate of registration which allowed the Participant to enrol in Postgraduate Medical Education;
These regulations means 9VAC5-10 (General Definitions) through 9VAC5-80 (Permits for Stationary Sources).
PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.
Transfer Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006;
State of Registration means the U.S. or such other country or state of registration of the Aircraft as LESSOR may, in its absolute discretion, approve in writing.
Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.
the Secretary of State means the Secretary of State for Education;
CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.
SEBI Listing Regulations means SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended
SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.
Book-Entry Rules The provisions from time to time in effect, currently contained in Title 24, Part 81, Subpart H of the Code of Federal Regulations, setting forth the terms and conditions under which Xxxxxxx Mac may issue securities on the book-entry system of the Federal Reserve Banks and authorizing a Federal Reserve Bank to act as its agent in connection with such securities. Business Day: A day other than (i) a Saturday or Sunday and (ii) a day when the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or other agent acting as Xxxxxxx Mac’s fiscal agent) is closed or, as to any Holder, a day when the Federal Reserve Bank that maintains the Holder’s account is closed.
Record owner means the person or persons possessed of the most recent fee title or land contract vendee's interest in property as shown by the records of the county register of deeds.
Circular 37 means the Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning Foreign Exchange Administration for Domestic Residents to Engage in Overseas Financing and Round Trip Investment via Overseas Special Purpose Companies (《国家外汇管理局关于境内居民通过境外特殊目的公司境外投融资及返程投资外汇管理有关问题的通知》) issued by SAFE on July 4, 2014, and its amendment and interpretation promulgated by SAFE from time to time.
Regulation E includes specific rules for all parties involved governing the issuance and use of Debit Cards and the processing of On-line Debit Card Transactions.
Regulations means the Income Tax Regulations, including Temporary Regulations, promulgated under the Code, as such regulations are amended from time to time.
Rights Register shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 2.6(a);
Listing Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Capital Instruments Regulations means the Delegated Regulation and any other rules or regulations of the Relevant Authority or which are otherwise applicable to the Issuer or the Group (as the case may be and, where applicable), whether introduced before or after the Issue Date of the relevant Series of Notes, which prescribe (alone or in conjunction with any other rules or regulations) the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for their inclusion in the Own Funds to the extent required under the CRD IV Package;
