VIRASHA HEIGHTS. [insert any other components of the Projects] (“Project”): Virasha Heights project is divided into 07 phases and is a covered campus which includes construction and development work, all basic requirements and needs and modern amenities like club house & Gym, swimming pool and open garden. Details of the 07 phases are; 01st Phase; The Phase 1, which is having total 12 Blocks (including 24 units in each Blocks i.e. 22 No. 3BHK Flats & 2 No. Pent Houses) & 7 Duplexes for which the completion certificate is received and the amenities like Club House & Swimming Pool and infrastructure work like Sump well and Sewage Treatment Plant. 02nd Phase; The phase 2, there are 9 Duplexes i.e. 15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23 of different variants and 33 nos. EWS. 03rd Phase; The phase 3, there are 8 Duplexes i.e. 30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37 of different variants. 04th Phase; The phase 4, there are 24 No. units in Block M, having 22 no. 3 BHK Flats & 2 no. 4 BHK Penthouses . 05th Phase; there are 24 No. units in Block N, having 22 no. 3 BHK Flats & 2 no. 4 BHK Penthouses. 06th Phase; there are 24 No. units in Block O, having 22 no. 3 BHK Flats & 2 no. 4 BHK Penthouses. 07th Phase; there are 24 No. units in Block P, having 22 no. 3 BHK Flats & 2 no. 4 BHK Penthouses And now this Agreement of Sale is executing for “PHASE-06”. Provided that where land is earmarked for any Residential construction & development the same shall be used for those purposes only it is a part of the plan approved by the competent authority;

  • NBOME means the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, an organization that prepares and administers qualifying examinations for osteopathic physicians.
