Video Street Date definition

Video Street Date means, with respect to any Picture, the first date on which, in the Territory, both: (i) such Picture is authorized by * for Home Video distribution, and (ii) Home Video copies of such Picture are actually available to the general public.
Video Street Date means, with respect to any Rental Picture, the first date on which, in the Territory, both: (i) such Rental Picture is authorized by CTHV for Home Video Distribution, and (ii) Copies of such Rental Picture are actually available to the general public at Participating Stores.

Examples of Video Street Date in a sentence

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, LGF shall consult with Grantor with respect to thelselection of the initial Home Video Street Date of the Picture in the Territory.

  • The Availability Date for each Included Program shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion, provided, however, that the Availability Date for each Current Film shall be no later than the date on or after such Current Film’s applicable Home Video Street Date on which Licensor or any other SPE Entity first makes such Current Film available to any Other Distributor for VOD distribution in the applicable Territory.

  • Licensor shall provide Licensee with a written notice setting forth the Current VOD Availability Date, the Current VOD License Period, the Initial U.S. Theatrical Release Date and the Home Video Street Date for each Current VOD Program no later than 90 days prior to such Current VOD Program’s Current VOD Availability Date; provided that incidental failures to meet such timing shall not be a breach of this Agreement.

  • Licensor shall provide Licensee with a written notice setting forth the Current PPV Availability Date, the Current PPV Program License Period, the Initial U.S. Theatrical Release Date and the Home Video Street Date for each Current PPV Program no later than 90 days prior to such Current PPV Program’s Current PPV Availability Date; provided that incidental failures to meet such timing shall not be a breach of this Agreement.

  • The VOD Availability Date for each Current Feature will be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion, but shall occur no later than 60 days after such Current Feature’s Home Video Street Date in the U.S (and no later than the PPV Availability Date therefor).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Subsections 15.2.1(A) and (B) above, if the Availability Date for any Included Program is less than forty-five (45) days after its Home Video Street Date Licensor shall in its sole discretion for each such program provide a date on which Comcast may begin marketing or promoting such program (“Announce Date”).

  • The PPV Availability Date for each Current Feature will be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion, but shall occur no later than 60 days after such Current Feature’s Home Video Street Date in the U.S. (subject solely to Section 8(c) below).

  • Thereafter, Blockbuster shall make all Copies (including Replenishment Copies) ready for consumer rental and shall ship such Copies (except for Replenishment Copies) to all Participating Stores for rental to members of the public beginning no sooner and no later than the Video Street Date.

  • Street rod means a motor vehicle, other than a motorcycle, that:

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • BC Bid Website means www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca;

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Service or “CMRS” means Commercial Mobile Radio Service as defined in Part 20 of the FCC’s Rules.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Street Name means the form of registration in which the securities are held by a broker who is delivering the securities to another broker for the purposes of sale, it being an accepted custom in the United States securities industry that a security in Street Name is in proper form for delivery to a buyer and that a security may be re-registered by a buyer in the ordinary course.

  • Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and

  • asylum seeker means a person who is not under 18 and has made a claim for asylum which has been recorded by the Secretary of State but which has not been determined;

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
