Valuation Period Market Value definition

Valuation Period Market Value means the average of the average daily high and low sale price per share of the Company Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) for the five (5) trading days ending on and including the third trading day preceding the Effective Time (as reported in an authoritative source).
Valuation Period Market Value means the average Market Value during the Valuation Period; provided, however, that in the event the average Market Value during the Valuation Period is less than $14.00 per share, the Valuation Period Market Value shall be deemed to be $14.00 per share and in the event the average Market Value during the Valuation Period is greater than $15.00 per share, the Valuation Period Market Value shall be deemed to be $15.00 per share;
Valuation Period Market Value means the average of the closing sales prices for CSBI Common Stock as reported on the NASDAQ (as reported in The Wall Street Journal or, in the absence thereof, by another authoritative source) during the Valuation Period; and

More Definitions of Valuation Period Market Value

Valuation Period Market Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
