Bank Common Stock means the common stock of the Bank, par value $.01 per share.

Bank Common Stock means the common stock of the Bank, par value $.01 per share, which stock is not and will not be insured by the FDIC or any other governmental authority, all of which is currently held by the Mid-Tier Holding Company and subsequent to the Conversion and Reorganization, all of which will be held by the Holding Company.
