Valid Confirmation means the acceptance of the Commercial Terms by the Customer by, accepting the Loan Term Sheet or acting upon the Loan Term Sheet by way of entering the Transaction Code at the Merchant outlet or on BFL’s online portal (as applicable).

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.
