This Master Forward Confirmation and each Supplemental Confirmation is a confirmation for purposes of Rule 10b-10 promulgated under the Exchange Act (as defined below).
Each Confirmation together with the Agreement shall evidence a complete and binding agreement between Party A and Party B as to the subject matter and terms of the Transaction to which this Master Forward Confirmation and each related Supplemental Confirmation relate, and shall supersede all prior or contemporaneous written or oral communications with respect thereto.
