UPC Holding means UPC Holding B.V, together with its successors.
UPC Holding means UPC Holding B.V. and any successor (by merger, consolidation, transfer, conversion of legal form or otherwise) to all or substantially all of its assets.
UPC Holding means UPC Holding B.V., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands and, as of the Signing Date, with its registered office at Amsterdam and its business office at Xxxxx Xxxxxx 000, 0000 XX Xxxxxxxx Rijk, Postbus 74763, 1070 BT Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
