UNSW definition

UNSW means the University of New South Wales or, where the party named in the Purchase Order as the purchasing party is a related body corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001) of UNSW, a reference in these Terms and Conditions to UNSW is to be taken to be a reference to that related body corporate, with the exception of clause 2.2 (a).
