Unlisted Foreign Shares definition

Unlisted Foreign Shares means ordinary share(s) in the share capital of our Company, with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are held by foreign investors and are unlisted Shares which are currently not listed or traded in any stock exchange;
Unlisted Foreign Shares means the ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company, with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are held by foreign investors and are not listed on any stock exchange;
Unlisted Foreign Shares ordinary share(s) in the capital of the Company with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each that are held by persons other than PRC nationals or PRC incorporated entities and are not listed on any stock exchange
