Unlevered Free Cash Flow definition

Unlevered Free Cash Flow means, with respect to the Company and any Subsidiary of the Company as of the Subscription Agreement Date for any period:
Unlevered Free Cash Flow. : means the relevant company's after-tax unlevered operating cash flow minus capital expenditures and changes in working capital (with stock-based compensation expense treated as a cash expense).
Unlevered Free Cash Flow. (“UFCF”) means 2018 Board-approved consolidated UFCF further adjusted for known adjusted EBITDA changes and the UFCF affects thereof and further adjusted for the Estevan mine and PNM rebate payments made in the first quarter of 2018 and not incorporated into the 2018 Budget but were considered in adjusting 2017 AIP payments.

Unlevered Free Cash Flow means Adjusted EBITDA less cash used for purchases of property and equipment.
