Unitholder Rights Plan Resolution definition

Unitholder Rights Plan Resolution means the resolution of the Shareholders authorizing the implementation of the Unitholder Rights Plan to be considered and voted upon by the Shareholders at the Fording Meeting;
Unitholder Rights Plan Resolution means the resolution of the Shareholders, in substantially the form attached as Appendix G to this Information Circular, to be considered and voted upon by the Shareholders at the Meeting;
Unitholder Rights Plan Resolution means the ordinary resolution in respect of the Unitholder Rights Plan and related matters, in substantially the form attached as Schedule “B” to this Information Circular;
