Uninsured public funds definition

Uninsured public funds means any amount of public funds of a public funds depositor on deposit in an account at a financial institution that exceeds the amount of public funds in that account that are insured by the federal deposit insurance corporation or the national credit union administration.
Uninsured public funds shall have the meaning given to such term in Iowa Code § 12C.1(2)(h), as amended.
