Unilever Warrant definition

Unilever Warrant means that Common Stock Purchase Warrant, dated as of November 24, 2009, issued by Dish to Unilever Swiss Holding AG (as assignee of Marga B.V.).
Unilever Warrant has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Unilever Warrant means the Warrant Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Corporation and Unilever, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms and the terms hereof.
