Unharvested acreage means land on which vegetables are grown, under a vegetable procurement contract, that a vegeta- ble contractor leaves unharvested for any reason. “Unharvested acreage” includes all of the following:

  • Dry well means a type of infiltration practice that allows storm water run-off to flow directly into the ground via a bored or otherwise excavated opening in the ground surface.
