Vegetable procurement contract definition

Vegetable procurement contract means an oral or writ- ten agreement under which a vegetable contractor does any of the following:
Vegetable procurement contract means an agreement between a contractor and a producer, under which the contractor buys vegetables from the producer or contracts with the producer to grow vegetables in this state.

The Offtake Agreement was terminated effective April 30, 2020. See "Description of the Business - Marketing and Distribution".

  • In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.

  • Cannabis cultivation facility means a person that:

  • Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR part 82, subpart G, with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/ ).

  • Management Contract means the contract executed between the treasurer and a program manager.

  • Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.

  • Derived air concentration (DAC) means the concentration of a given radionuclide in air which, if breathed by the reference man for a working year of 2,000 hours under conditions of light work, results in an intake of one ALI. For purposes of these regulations, the condition of light work is an inhalation rate of 1.2 cubic meters of air per hour for 2,000 hours in a year. DAC values are given in Part 4, Appendix 4B, Table 4B1, Column 3.

  • fuel supplier means an entity supplying fuel to the market that is responsible for passing fuel through an excise duty point or, in the case of electricity or where no excise is due or where duly justified, any other relevant entity designated by a Member State;

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.

  • Hazardous Waste Management Facility means, as defined in NCGS 130A, Article 9, a facility for the collection, storage, processing, treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of hazardous waste.
