Unemployment insurance information definition

Unemployment insurance information means information pertaining to benefits paid under state unemployment compensation programs and reported to the NDNH pursuant to subsections 453A(g)(2)(B) and 453(e)(3) and (i)(1) of the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. §§653a(g)(2)(B) and 653(e)(3) and (i)(1).

OPRE and OFA are working in partnership to examine outcomes for families serviced by OFA, to provide insights into the program. Hereafter, unless an action is specifically attributed to OFA, the agreement references OPRE as the information recipient. For purposes of this agreement, the term “OPRE” is used throughout, even if an OPRE contractor will perform the activity referenced or is otherwise applicable. Some provisions in this agreement may explicitly identify the contractor. See section V of the agreement.
