Underlying Financing Proposal Certificate definition

Underlying Financing Proposal Certificate means each certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A to Appendix 2A, B or C, as applicable or otherwise satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
Underlying Financing Proposal Certificate means each certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A to Appendix 2 or otherwise satisfactory to AdministrativeAgent.

Related to Underlying Financing Proposal Certificate

  • Class B Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class B-1 Certificate, Class B-2 Certificate or Class B-3 Certificate.

  • Initial Certificate Principal Balance With respect to each Class of Certificates, the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Certificates as of the Cut-off Date, as set forth in the Series Supplement.

  • Supplemental Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.03.

  • Additional Certificates has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(d).

  • Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.

  • Digital Certificate means an electronic device used to verify identity or protect electronic messages.

  • Final Certificate means the final certificate issued by the Engineer-in-Charge in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Class A-R Certificate The Certificate executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-R and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.

  • Provisional certificate means the provisional certificate described in§ 900.11(b)(2).
