Underlying Financing Agreement definition

Underlying Financing Agreement means with respect to any Approved Financing, the loan agreement identified as such in Part IV of Exhibit A to the applicable Underlying Financing Specification, as the same may be supplemented, modified, amended, restated or replaced from time to time.
