UCFC Disclosure Letter definition

UCFC Disclosure Letter means the letter from UCFC and BWC to Parent, dated the date hereof and as may be amended or supplemented from time to time on or prior to Closing, of exceptions to the representations and warranties made, and the listings of information provided, by UCFC and BWC pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof.
