Ubiquitel definition

Ubiquitel shall have the meaning provided in the first recital of this Agreement.
Ubiquitel means UbiquiTel Parent and UbiquiTel, collectively. UbiquiTel and the Merger Subs, jointly and severally, represent and warrant to the LLC Parties and the Xxxxx Stockholders that, except as set specifically forth on the disclosure schedule to this Article 8, which shall be organized by section and sub-section numbers corresponding to this Article 8 (the "UBIQUITEL DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE"):
Ubiquitel means UbiquiTel Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

"VDSL" or "Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the transmission of up to 52 Mbps downstream (from the Central Office to the End User Customer) and up to 2.3 Mbps digital signal upstream (from the End User Customer to the Central Office). VDSL can also be 26 Mbps symmetrical, or other combination.

  • Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.

  • MRI means Meter Reading Instrument.

  • SAI means Statement of Additional Information.

  • EG means the Enforcement Guide;

  • NPS means nominal pipe size.

  • DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. Seller confirms that it does not use any Forced Labor, it conducts its business in compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and it is not subject to any investigation, enforcement or conviction involving Modern Slavery. Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of any actual or suspected breaches by Seller or its Subcontractors of the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and Seller agrees to provide Buyer immediately upon request any information and assistance that Buyer may require for compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws.

  • NSI means net scheduled interchange.

  • SPI means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(a)(2).

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Biometrics means a technique of personal identification that is based on physical, physiological or behavioural characterisation including blood typing, fingerprinting, DNA analysis, retinal scanning and voice recognition;

  • InterLATA is As Defined in the Act.
