SAI definition

SAI means Statement of Additional Information.

SAI means each version of the effective Statement of Additional Information, including any supplements thereto, filed with the SEC under the 1933 Act. With respect to any provision of this Agreement requiring a party to take action in accordance with a SAI, such reference will be to the version of the SAI last filed and effective prior to the taking of such action, including any supplements thereto. The term SAI shall include any Prospectus incorporated by reference therein.

SAI means any statement of additional information relating to --- the Shares of a Fund or Funds or one or more Classes, filed with the Commission pursuant to Rule 497 or, if no filing pursuant to Rule 497 is required, the final statement of additional information included in any Registration Statement.
