NSI or "Spinco," means any plan, policy, program, payroll practice, on-going arrangement, contract, trust, insurance policy, or other agreement or funding vehicle, whether written or unwritten, providing benefits to employees or former employees of the NSI Group or the Spinco Group, as applicable.
