  • Any Gas Day variance between scheduled nominations and actual volumes measured at the Twin 30s Interconnection shall be allocated to the OBA and any such imbalance at the end of the month shall be resolved by the parties to the OBA, unless Customer makes up the imbalance during the month.

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
