  • The Committee may recommend to the Annual General Meeting that any natural person who has rendered distinguished service to TSNSW or Tennis Seniors, where such service is deemed to have assisted the advancement of Tennis Seniors in New South Wales, be appointed as a Life Member.

  • Any TSNSW documents, records or other property in the possession, custody or control of that Member shall be returned to TSNSW immediately.

  • All cheques, promissory notes, bankers drafts, bills of exchange and other negotiable instruments, and all receipts for money paid to TSNSW, shall be signed, drawn, accepted, endorsed or otherwise executed, as the case may be, by any two (2) duly authorised Officers or in such other manner as the Committee determines.

  • A properly qualified Auditor or Auditors shall be appointed by TSNSW in General Meeting.
