Trust Fund Accounts definition

Trust Fund Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofExcluded Assets”.
Trust Fund Accounts means all Deposit Accounts and/or Securities Accounts of any Loan Party containing only Trust Funds.
Trust Fund Accounts means the individual Water Users' accounts that shall be established by the District to administer the Trust Fund internally among the Water Users.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Separate Account shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3 of ERISA.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
