Tribal Gaming Commission definition

Tribal Gaming Commission or "Commission" means the entity established pursuant to tribal law with independent authority to regulate gaming activities on tribal lands.
Tribal Gaming Commission means the gaming regulatory committee of the Tribe established pursuant to the Tribal Gaming Ordinance.
