Treco Property definition

Treco Property means parcel no. 179-18-101-005 and a portion of parcels 178-13-101-004 and 179-07-301-002 of the real property located in Henderson, Nevada beneficially owned by Treco LLC.
Treco Property means the Real Property located in Henderson, Nevada more particularly described in Schedule 1.99 hereto, identified as parcels 7 and 8 and a portion of parcel 6 on the vicinity map included in Schedule 1.99 and beneficially owned by Treco LLC.

  • Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.

  • Mortgaged Real Property means (a) each Real Property identified on Schedule 1.01(a) hereto and (b) each Real Property, if any, which shall be subject to a Mortgage delivered after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 5.11(c).

  • Mining Property means a property used for mining operations as defined in the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002);

  • Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold, mineral or other estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned or leased by any Person, whether by lease, license or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, all general intangibles and contract rights and other property and rights incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

  • Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).

  • Public Property means any and all property owned by the City or held in the name of the City by any of the departments, commissions or agencies within the City government.
