Treatment in Progress definition

Treatment in Progress means any single dental procedure, as defined by the CDT Code, that has been started while the Enrollee was eligible to receive Benefits, and for which multiple appointments are necessary to complete the procedure whether or not the Enrollee continues to be eligible for Benefits under the DeltaCare USA plan. Examples include: teeth that have been prepared for crowns, root canals where a working length has been established, full or partial dentures for which an impression has been taken and orthodontics when bands have been placed and tooth movement has begun.
Treatment in Progress means that the placement of fixed appliances (band/bond/brackets) has occurred.

  • The Executive acknowledges and agrees that any such injunctive relief or other remedies (including the Pre-IPO Damages) shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any forfeitures of awards (required pursuant to the terms of any such awards) that may be granted to the Executive in the future under one or more of the Firm’s compensation and benefit plans.

Related to Treatment in Progress

  • Work in Progress means a Deliverable that has been partially prepared, but has not been presented to the State for Approval.

  • Pretreatment means the reduction of the amount of pollutants, the elimination of pollutants, or the alteration of the nature of pollutant properties in wastewater prior to or in lieu of discharging or otherwise introducing such pollutants into a POTW.

  • Wastewater treatment unit means a device which:
