  • Following the receipt of the TRC Common Stock certificate, Harvest shall cause its transfer agent to issue, or Harvest itself shall issue, to each surrendering holder a certificate representing the number of shares of Harvest Common Stock into which such TRC Common Stock shall have been converted.
