Traffic Generation. Implementation Policy I-5 directs Council to consider the impacts on traffic generation when considering expansions to commercial buildings. The purpose of the expansion is to reduce outdoor storage, it is therefore not anticipated that the expansion will generate any significant increase in traffic from either customers or truck deliveries.
Traffic Generation. A traffic analysis was submitted by the Developer and accepted by the NS Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal. The traffic analysis did not identify any potential significant impact to the existing transportation network. This is as expected given that the applicant intends to shuttle patrons to and from the site by bus resulting in fewer trips than if patrons arrived individually.

Expected average vehicle trips for a proposed use shall be determined by reference to the current edition of the Institute for Transportation Engineers’ “Trip Generation” manual.
B. Truck traffic With respect to uses in Subareas B and D, nonresidential uses shall not generate more than an average of four vehicle trips per week of semi-trailer trucks in AASHTO vehicle classifications WB-40, WB-50, and WB-60. For a proposed use, expected trip generation for the purposes of this standard shall be determined by a developer’s certified estimate of trip generation by such trucks.
Traffic Generation. A Traffic Impact Statement (TIS) was prepared by the applicant and submitted as part of the application. The findings of the TIS concluded that the traffic volumes generated by the development are considered within the volume guidelines for the residential street network. Furthermore, the traffic dispersion from the site satisfies the requirements of HRM By-law S-300, which requires traffic be directed to a street that carries a lesser amount of daily traffic, which in this case is Mackenzie Street. HRM Traffic Management and HRM Engineering have reviewed the analysis and accepted its findings.
Traffic Generation. 3.6.1 The asbestos waste will be hauled offsite by land and disposed of at the designated landfill. Since the Project period is of short-term, no significant traffic generation will arise.

Traffic Generation. 2.1. The Affiliate is only allowed to use Brand Bidding, with the Merchants Brand, to generate traffic, in accordance with restrictions presented in the Affiliate Account. In the event that there is any ambiguity then the Affiliate shall seek written approval from Affiliate Window before completing any activity.
2.2. The Affiliate warrants that it shall not use the Merchants Brand to promote any other advertiser.
2.3. The Affiliate shall only use Lead Generation with written approval from Affiliate Window
2.4. The Affiliate shall only use Cashback with written approval from Affiliate Window
2.5. Email Promotion is only allowed with the written approval of the Merchant of each email.
Traffic Generation. M6 shall lead the traffic generation initiatives to all existing (web) and to be developed (mobile) digital media assets for MEDX through the life of the Agreement.
