Tow Truck Owner definition

Tow Truck Owner means the Owner of a tow truck, who is licensed or required to be licensed under the provisions of this By-law;
Tow Truck Owner means a person who owns a tow truck, is licensed under this Bylaw and provides towing services for vehicles under 4,500 kg (9,921 lbs);
Tow Truck Owner means any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of offering towing services and includes a lessee in operation of a tow truck.
