  • The Company shall purchase any Unsubscribed Energy produced by the CSEGS at the hourly PJM Residual Metered Load Aggregate Locational Marginal Prices (LMPs) for the Pepco Maryland sub- zone for energy adjusted as necessary to include ancillary service charges.

  • At the end of twelve consecutive monthly billing periods beginning with the first month in which net metering becomes applicable (annualized period), the customer will be compensated for any remaining credits at the average Residual Metered Load Aggregate locational marginal price for energy, for the annualized period, in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland Interconnection (PJM) Control Area Transmission Zone for the Company.

  • Point of Delivery – Delivery to the PJM marketplace shall occur at the Interconnection Point under this schedule, provided, for market administration purposes, if the Interconnection Point is not located on a “generation bus” for which a Load Weighted Average Residual Metered Load Aggregate locational marginal price is calculated by PJM, the nominal point of delivery to the PJM marketplace will be the PJM-recognized “generation bus” electrically most directly connected to the Interconnection Point.

  • BGS Energy Charges:Charges per kilowatthour:BGS Energy Charges are hourly and are provided at the real time PJM Load Weighted Average Residual Metered Load Aggregate Locational Marginal Prices for the Rockland Electric Transmission Zone, plus Ancillary Services (including PJM Administrative Charges) at the rate of $0.00640 per kilowatthour, adjusted for losses and applicable taxes.

  • Increment Offers and Decrement Bids may be only submitted at hubs, nodes at which physical generation or load is settled, Residual Metered Load and interfaces not described in Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.6A(b).

  • Commencing with the 2015/2016 Planning Period, each Auction Revenue Right shall sink to the Energy Settlement Area of the Network Service User as described in Section 31.7 of Part III of the Tariff, unless the Network Service User’s Energy Settlement Area represents the Residual Metered Load of an electric distribution company’s fully metered franchise area(s) or service territory(ies) and the Network Service User elects to have its Auction Revenue Rights sink at the aggregate load buses in a Zone.

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.

  • Residual Auction Revenue Rights means incremental stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights created within a Planning Period by an increase in transmission system capability, including the return to service of existing transmission capability, that was not modeled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.5 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix, section 7.5 in compliance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 (h) and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2(h), and, if modeled, would have increased the amount of stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2; provided that, the foregoing notwithstanding, Residual Auction Revenue Rights shall exclude: 1) Incremental Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Tariff, Part VI; and 2) Auction Revenue Rights allocated to entities that are assigned cost responsibility pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6 for transmission upgrades that create such rights.

  • Rate Center Area means the following in each applicable area:
