Total Risk-Based Capital definition

Total Risk-Based Capital means, with respect to an insured depository institution, the total risk-based capital of such insured depository institution.
Total Risk-Based Capital shall have the meaning set forth in the FDIC’s regulations on minimum capital adequacy (currently set forth in Appendix A to 12 C.F.R. Part 325).
Total Risk-Based Capital shall have the meaning assigned to it by, and shall be determined in accordance with, the regulations of the federal Regulatory Agencies.

  • With respect to the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, maintain a Total Risk-Based Capital Ratio as at the end of each Fiscal Quarter equal to or greater than 10.75%.
