Financial Institution Subsidiary definition

Financial Institution Subsidiary means each of (a) those Financial Institution Subsidiaries set forth on Schedule 4.12 and designated as a “Financial Institution Subsidiary” and (b) each other Subsidiary hereafter formed or acquired that is a regulated financial institution.
Financial Institution Subsidiary means Parkvale Savings Bank and each other subsidiary of the Borrower, whether existing or hereafter formed or acquired, that is a regulated financial institution.
Financial Institution Subsidiary means: (1) a financial institution that is controlled by a financial institution holding company, or (2) a financial institution holding company that is controlled by another holding company.
