Index Ratio definition

Index Ratio applicable to any date means the Index Level applicable to the relevant Index Determination Date divided by the Base Index Level and rounded to the nearest fifth decimal place, 0.000005 being rounded upwards; and
Index Ratio has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(i).

Examples of Index Ratio in a sentence

  • On the fifth Business Day before each Interest Payment Date (an Interest Determination Date) the Calculation Agent will calculate the Inflation Index Ratio.

  • The HICP Linked Interest applicable from time to time for each Interest Period (as specified in the relevant Final Terms) will be equal to the rate per annum specified in the relevant Final Terms multiplied by the Inflation Index Ratio (as defined above).

  • On the fifth Business Day before each Interest Payment Date (an " Interest Determination Date") the Calculation Agent will calculate the Inflation Index Ratio.

Index Ratio has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(g).
