Total Required Capital definition

Total Required Capital means the sum of (i) the book value of all common stock and (ii) the liquidation value of all preferred stock, less (iii) the book value of all treasury stock and the outstanding principal amount of all notes payable to any Subsidiary of Pioneer except Pioneer Military Insurance which are delinquent by recency of payment by 270 calendar days or more.
