Required Capital Level definition

Required Capital Level means an amount of capital equal to 0.5% of the initial principal amount of the Securitization Bonds.
Required Capital Level means the amount specified as such in the Series Supplement therefor.

More Definitions of Required Capital Level

Required Capital Level means, as of any Payment Date, the sum of ---------------------- 0.50% of the initial principal amount of each then-outstanding Series of Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture prior to that Payment Date, less $100,000 in the aggregate for all Series of Notes.
