TOTAL OPTION PRICE definition

TOTAL OPTION PRICE means the consideration payable to the Company by the Optionee upon exercise of the Option pursuant to Section 5(c) of the Plan.

More Definitions of TOTAL OPTION PRICE

TOTAL OPTION PRICE means an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Total Vested Shares being purchased upon exercise of the Option multiplied by (ii) the Option Price Per Share as of the Exercise Date.
