Topco Disclosure Letter definition

Topco Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Topco and Merger Sub to Xxx concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.

  • Company SEC Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(a).
