TIP Specification definition

TIP Specification means the TIP specification found at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx /[insert]. Only the TIP Specification published by IMTC (and versions previously published by Cisco or its Affiliates at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xx/xxx) will be considered the TIP Specification for purposes of this Agreement. Any specification not published by IMTC or Cisco, or one that incorporates the TIP Specification in part, in whole, or by reference shall not be considered the TIP Specification for purposes of this Agreement.
TIP Specification means the specification found at http://www.cisco.com/[ ]. Only the TIP Specification published by Cisco will be considered the TIP Specification for purposes of this Agreement. Any specification not published by Cisco or one that incorporates the TIP Specification in part, in whole or by reference shall not be considered the TIP Specification for purposes of this Agreement.

  • You may not distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the TIP Specification.

  • IMTC reserves the right to modify the TIP Specification without notice to you.

  • No right or license to any IMTC or Cisco intellectual property is granted under this Evaluation License for any use except the evaluation of the TIP Specification.

  • The license granted by this Evaluation License shall extend only for a period of ninety (90) days from the date on which you first download or access the TIP Specification for the purpose of evaluation (“Limited Term”).

Related to TIP Specification

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.
