TIF Bonds definition

TIF Bonds means tax increment revenue bonds, if any, authorized and issued by the Authority in accordance with the TIF Act and this Agreement.
TIF Bonds means tax increment revenue bonds issued by the City to refund Notes in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Redevelopment Agreement.
TIF Bonds means the tax increment financing general obligation bonds issued by the City, which the City will pledge tax increment revenue from the TIF District and special assessments for debt service thereof. It is acknowledged that the TIF Bonds may be taxable.

More Definitions of TIF Bonds

TIF Bonds means any tax increment revenue bonds (a) authorized and issued by the City in accordance with the TIF Act or (b) authorized and issued by the IDA in accordance with Chapter 349 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended.
