Completion Bonds definition

Completion Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to a Supplemental Indenture ranking on parity with the Series of Bonds issued under such Supplemental Indenture, the proceeds of which are to be used to complete the Project.
Completion Bonds means any bonds issued to complete construction of the System to enable the Authority to provide water supply services to the Cities and to others, as the System is described in the Engineering Report defined in the Contracts.
Completion Bonds means any bonds issued pursuant to the provision of Section 209 of the Indenture as Completion Bonds.
