Option Bonds definition

Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.
Option Bonds means Bonds which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the owner whereof for purchase or payment by the Authority prior to the stated maturity thereof, or the maturities of which may be extended by and at the option of the owner thereof.
Option Bonds means Secured Bonds which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the owner thereof for purchase or payment by the City prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Such notice shall be given by mailing a copy of such notice not less than thirty (30) days nor more than sixty (60) days prior to the redemption date or, in the case of Variable Interest Rate Bonds or Option Bonds, such shorter period as shall be established by the Supplemental Indenture authorizing such Bonds.
